Exquisite Gardens and Superior Design for Independent Seniors

A $56 million 252-unit multi-family senior housing apartment home community, in two main buildings. The development sits on 11 acres and is the largest “Risk-Share” deal the Maryland Department of Housing CDA has ever undertaken on a 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transaction.

As development managers and advisors for Woodlands at Reid Temple, CJR/CJRD shepherded the project through the site planning, entitlements, subdivision, record plat, grading permits, building permit, and approvals needed to successfully procure project funding. CJR/CJRD’s team prepared financial analysts reports, zoning and text amendment recommendations, and work with State and Local officials throughout the development.
